专利说明:
The present description relates to an enclosure barrier, the barrier opening being able to pivot on a first side or on a second side of the barrier frame, more particularly a closing latch for such a barrier and more particularly a striker. for such a closing lock. Locks are known from the prior art allowing the closure of an enclosure barrier opening in both directions. These locks are generally complex and their manufacturing cost is high. An example of such a lock is disclosed in document EP 1224371. This document discloses a lock comprising a V-shaped keeper, pivotally mounted around a vertical axis passing through the point of the V, as well as a movable blocker having two arms blocking. However, these locks known from the prior art do not provide locking security when the barrier leaf is "slammed". Indeed, once the bolt has reached the hollow of the strike, it must be blocked by actuating locking arms. However, during the entry or exit of animals from the enclosure, the user is often required to "slam" the barrier so as to save time but also for safety reasons when confronted with nervous or dangerous animals. In addition, these known locks do not work in the event of incorrect adjustment of the barrier. The purpose of this presentation is to resolve all or part of the drawbacks mentioned above. To this end, the present disclosure relates to a keeper for a barrier opening lock, the barrier opening being able to adopt a closed position relative to a barrier frame and to pivot on a first side or d a second side of the barrier frame from the closed position, the keeper comprising: a locking member intended to cooperate with a bolt to retain the barrier leaf in the closed position, characterized in that it further comprises: a movable obstacle between a first extreme position and a second extreme position, in which the obstacle is configured to release access to the locking member from the first or the second side of the barrier frame respectively. The concepts of side, direction or direction are assessed in relation to the orientation of the keeper in the state mounted on the barrier frame. The term “the opening leaf being able to adopt a closed position relative to a barrier frame and to pivot on a first side or on a second side of the barrier frame from the closed position” , that the barrier leaf is able to pivot between the closed position and a first open position in a direction of clockwise rotation on the one hand, and between the closed position and a second open position in a direction counterclockwise rotation on the other hand. In one aspect, the first open position is disposed on the first side of the barrier frame and the second open position is disposed on the second side of the barrier frame. The keeper 11 comprises a fixing member 61 configured to fix the keeper 11 to the barrier frame 3. The barrier frame 3 comprises a tubular upright in the embodiment shown. The keeper 11 is fixed to the barrier frame 3 by a clamp. In fact, the fixing member 61 comprises a first semi-circular element 63 and a second semi-circular element 65. The first and second access ramps 31, 33, the locking member 25, the first and second legs 37, 39 and the obstacle 27 are fixed to the first semi-circular element 63. In the embodiment shown, the first and second access ramps 31, 33 are formed by a metal blade 36. The locking member 25 is formed by the opening 29 formed in the metal blade 36. The metal blade 36 is fixed to the fixing member 61 and more particularly to the first semi-circular element 63 by any means such as by welding or by bonding. The metal blade 36 can also be formed in whole or in part in one piece with the fixing member 61 and more particularly the first semicircular element 63. Finally, the first semicircular element 63 could comprise a projecting part, and forming the first and second access ramps 13, 33. In this case, the opening 29 is provided in this part. In the embodiment shown, the first and second legs 37, 39 are fixed to the metal blade 36. The first and second legs 37, 39 can be fixed to the metal blade 36 by any means such as by welding or by bonding. The first and second tabs 37, 39 could also be formed in whole or in part in one piece with the metal blade 36 or with the fixing member 61. The first semi-circular element 63 comprises two fixing tabs 63a, 63b at each of its ends. The second semi-circular element 65 comprises two fixing tabs 65a, 65b at each of its ends. The two fixing tabs 63a, 63b of the first semi-circular element 63 are configured to come opposite the fixing tabs 65a, 65b of the second semi-circular element. The fixing tabs 63a, 63b, 65a, 65b include an opening configured to receive a clamping element 67 per pair of fixing tabs 63a, 65a and 63b, 65b. The pairs of fixing tabs 63a, 65a and 63b, 65b arranged face to face are fixed to each other by the clamping element 67. In the embodiment shown, the clamping element 67 is a combination a screw 67a and a nut 67b. It should however be understood that the keeper 11 could be fixed to the barrier frame 3 by any other means, for example by welding, or else be formed in whole or in part in one piece with a part of the barrier frame 3, such as 'an amount. The fixing member 61 further comprises a clamping screw 66 against the barrier frame 3, the clamping screw 66 passing through an opening made in the second semi-circular element 65 to come against the barrier frame 3. As shown in Figures 7 to 9, the bolt 13 is configured to urge the obstacle 27 and to move it to the first extreme position when the barrier leaf 5 passes from the first open position to the closed position and for move the obstacle 27 to the second extreme position when the barrier leaf 5 passes from the second open position to the closed position. The obstacle 27 is configured to be moved to the first or second extreme position so as to be sufficiently distant from the second locking edge 29a or from the first locking edge 29b respectively, to release access to the opening 29 from a first or second side 4, 6 of the barrier frame 3 respectively. Indeed, the obstacle 27 must be far enough away from the first or the second locking edge 35, 37, depending on the direction in which the barrier leaf has been opened to release the access of the bolt 13 at opening 29. The distance must therefore be greater than the diameter of the mobile element 15. In the first extreme position, the surface of the rod 35 directed towards the first side 4 covers a portion of the opening 29, and at most, the surface of the rod 35 directed towards the first side 4 is aligned with the first edge of lock 29a. In the second extreme position, the surface of the rod 35 directed towards the second side 6 covers a portion of the opening 29, and at most, the surface of the rod 35 directed towards the second side 6 is aligned with the second edge of lock 29b. The closure of the barrier is shown more particularly in FIGS. 7 and 8. When the user closes the barrier opening from the first side, the mobile element 15 of the bolt 13 slides along the first access ramp 31. The mobile element 15 retracts by a distance corresponding to the height of the first access ramp 31. When the movable element reaches the opening 29, the return element 17 recalls the movable element 15 towards the deployed position and the movable element 15 engages in the opening 29 in the locked position. When the obstacle 27 is in the path of the bolt 13 before the latter can be introduced into the opening 29, the bolt 13 comes into contact with the obstacle 27 and pushes it in the direction of the first extreme position until 'so that the obstacle 27 is sufficiently distant from the second locking edge 29b so that the movable element 15 can be introduced into the opening 29. It is possible that the obstacle 27 already occupies a position sufficiently distant from the second locking edge 29b when the barrier leaf 5 is closed, for example in the case where the barrier leaf 5 had already been closed from the first side 4 during the previous closing. In this case, the bolt 13 does not necessarily push the obstacle 27. When the barrier leaf 5 is closed by the user with force, in other words when the user slams the barrier leaf 5, the speed of the barrier leaf 5 prevents the movable element 15 from entering the opening 29 as soon as the obstacle 27 is sufficiently distant from the second locking edge 29b. The bolt 13 then pushes the obstacle 27 to the first extreme position. In the first extreme position, the obstacle 27 stops the path of the bolt 13 allowing the movable element 15 to be introduced into the opening 29 and thus to lock the barrier leaf 5 in the closed position, as shown in Figures 3A and 3B. It is possible that the obstacle 27 already occupies the first extreme position when the barrier leaf 5 is closed, in particular in the case where the barrier leaf 5 had already been slammed from the first side 4 during the previous one. closing. In this case, the bolt 13 does not push the obstacle 27, but abuts against the obstacle 27 occupying the first extreme position. The obstacle 27 then stops the trajectory of the bolt 13 so that the movable element 15 can be introduced into the opening 29 and thus lock the barrier opening 5 in the closed position, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B. The barrier 1 is closed from the second side 6 in the same way: the terms "first" or "first" and "second" should be reversed. The opening of the barrier 1 is shown in Figure 9. The user actuates the handle 21 so as to move the movable member 15 from the deployed position to the retracted position. In the retracted position, the mobile element 15 can cross the obstacle 27 and the user can open the barrier on the first side 4 or on the second side 6. Although the present invention has been described with reference to specific exemplary embodiments, modifications can be made to these examples without departing from the general scope of the invention as defined by the claims. In particular, individual features of the various illustrated / mentioned embodiments can be combined in additional embodiments. Therefore, the description and the drawings should be considered in an illustrative rather than restrictive sense.
